Oven Roasted Asparagus

Salty and garlicy. So good.


1 bunch asparagus.
2-3 Tbps butter.
1 Tsp garlic.
1 Tsp Salt and pepper.
1 1/2 Tbps parmesan cheese (option)


1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

2. Grab stalks at either end and bend. It will snap where it starts to get tough.

3. Melt butter and mix in garlic, salt, and pepper.

4. Baste asparagus with mixture.

5. Bake 12 - 15 minutes depending on thickness.
