Kilbasa & Brussel Sprouts

1 package Kilbasa sausage, cut in half-inch pieces.
1-2 cloves garlic
1 onion, chopped.
1 pat butter
? brussel sprouts.


1. Slice kilbasa in half-inch diagonal cuts. Chop Onion.

2. Brown kilbasa.

3. Brown onion and garlic in butter.

4. Add brussel sprouts and kilbasa, simmer 20 minutes.

5. Serve with hot vinegar.
