This is a generic recipie for cooking wings in an oven. The recipie varies based on if it is a wet sauce or a rub. The 40 minute cooktime may be a bit long.

Ingredients:

Chicken wings (cold)
Olive oil or wet sauce (BBQ, teriyaki, etc)
Desired spices (jamaican jerk, cajun, memphis dry rub, etc

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2. Cut chicken at the nuckles. Toss the pieces in a large bowl.

3. Toss the chicken in olive oil or the intended wet sauce.

4. Bake for 20 minutes. Rebaste chicken in oil or sauce. Bake another 20 minutes.

5. If using a sauce that needs to be caramelized, broil for 3 minutes. Do not broil oiled wings.

6. Remove chicken from pan. If using a spice mix, toss the chicken in the mix. Serve.
