Oven Baked Fish

As I find the correct settings for different fish, I will post it here.

Ingredients:

Fish, thawed
Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
Cajon Seasoning
Whatever

Generic Directions:

1. Preheat oven. 2. Cover fish in olive oils

3. Place fish on baking sheet, skin side down.

4. Cover fish in desired seasonings

5. Bake for given time. Test by trying to flake the fish, or by measuring temperature.

Salmon filet:

350 degrees
8-12 minutes (11 for me)

Swordfish steaks:

400 degrees
15-20 minutes
