Bisquick Streusel Coffee Cake

Easy breakfast food. Can be made morning of.

Ingredients: Coffee Cake

2 cups Bisquick
2/3 cup milk
2 Tbps sugar
1 egg

Ingredients: Streusel Topping

1/3 cup Bisquick
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 Tbps firm butter or margarine

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375. Grease 9" round pan or 9"x9" square pan.

2. Mix coffee cake ingredients. Spread in pan.

3. Mix streusel ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle of the the top of the pan.

4. Bake 18 to 22 minutes or until golden brown. (21-22 minutes here)
