Review: 3/5 Facinating pancake that crawls up the side of the pan. A bit heavy on the nutmeg Ingredients:
2 large eggs Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 450 2. Beat eggs and milk with a wire whisk or mixer. 3. Beat in flour, salt, and nutmeg until blended. Small lumps will add a bit of texture. 4. Pour oil into a 9" ovenproof skillet or pie pan and place in oven for 5 minutes to heat oil. 5. Pour in batter and bake uncovered 18-20 minutes. Avoid opening oven door. 6. Cut into wedges and serve.
